Career

Bogdan Stoica made his debut in the Local Kombat promotion, scoring a knockout in the second round over the brother of Dževad Poturak, Dženan, in an event which took place in Sibiu, Romania.[2][3]

In February 2011, he scored a shockingly violent knockout in the first round over the Dutch Muay Thai fighter, Fred Sikking. It was probably the biggest win of Stoica's career and the only second KO in over 50 matches suffered by Sikking who is currently trained by the K-1 star, Remy Bonjasky. The event took place in Sofia, Bulgaria.[4][5]

On May 21, Stoica won the WAKO-Pro Intercontinental title in a SuperKombat event, becoming the new champion.[6]
